Stop Police Crimes Rally: No Justice! No Peace! We Demand Community Control of the Chicago Police!

STOP POLICE CRIMES COMMUNITY RALLY  – SAT DEC 6th, 2104 NO JUSTICE! NO PEACE! WE DEMAND COMMUNITY CONTROL OF THE CHICAGO POLICE On December 6, 2014 we rallied for CPAC on 63rd and Martin L. King on the South side of Chicago. Over 100 people attended and marched and 80 of them, mostly youth, signed up with our campaign for an elected Civilian Police Accountability Council. It was a very spirited gathering with survivors and victims (Emmett Farmer, Joyce Brown, Mark Clement and Bertha Escamilla) of police crimes speaking out and demanding justice as well as expressing solidarity with the families of Michael Brown and Eric Garner.
